About the role

Key responsibilities

• Sell high‑value sponsorship partnerships across a portfolio of AI and tech events.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior commercial leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
• Create tailored sponsorship solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage long‑term sponsor relationships and drive repeat business.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sponsor value.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales background (events, recruitment, software sales, etc.).
• Ability to generate new business through multiple channels.
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Consultative, relationship‑led sales approach.
• Understanding of developing long‑term commercial partnerships.
• Commercially driven with a focus on quality over volume.
• Enjoys autonomous work while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £43,000‑£48,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with monthly payments.
• Minimum OTE £70k in Year 1, £100k+ in Year 2.
