Business Development Manager – B2B Exhibitions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading international exhibition organiser in London. You will focus on B2B exhibition sales, promoting stand space, sponsorship, and related digital products to a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Sell exhibition stands, sponsorship packages, digital solutions, thought‑leadership content and ancillary items such as lanyards.
• Conduct sales activities via phone and face‑to‑face meetings with prospective clients.
• Attend competitor events to identify opportunities and gather market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular face‑to‑face interactions.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B exhibition or sponsorship sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Based in or willing to work in London.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £100,000 depending on performance.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
