About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of self‑service banking technology. You will sell cash management solutions, such as smart safes and pay stations, to retailers ranging from convenience stores to large supermarkets and financial institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new B2B opportunities across the retail sector.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate long‑term contracts and close deals.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and shape sales strategy.
- Collaborate with operations, technology and compliance teams to ensure smooth installations and delivery.
- Maintain a pipeline of both large corporate accounts and independent businesses.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B new‑business sales experience.
- Proven track record selling to large retail corporates or independent retailers.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence presenting to senior executives (CFOs, CEOs, procurement).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture.

What we offer
- Competitive base salary £40‑50k (depending on experience) plus OTE up to £100k.
- £5,500 car allowance or company car.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
