Business Development Manager – Commercial Laundry Services

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Commercial Laundry Services will drive sales of high‑quality soft‑furnishing and laundry solutions to the hospitality market across London and the South East. You will focus on building relationships with hotel chains, interior designers and specifiers to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with 4‑ and 5‑star hotel groups and interior design practices.
• Promote the company’s manufactured range of soft furnishings, laundry and linen products to end‑users and specifiers.
• Achieve a monthly turnover target of approximately £30,000.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects within the M25 and the wider South East region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the hospitality and/or commercial laundry sector.
• Ability to start immediately and work autonomously.
• Strong network within hotel chains, interior designers or related contractors is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, driven and eager to exceed targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per year.
• Performance‑based bonus of around £10,000 plus.
• £450 car allowance (potential upgrade to a company car scheme).
