Business Development Manager – Funding & Payroll Solutions

About the role

Join a leading international provider of funding and payroll solutions that helps recruitment businesses manage cashflow and grow. Based in Manchester, you will drive the next phase of the company’s expansion across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business through outbound calls, meetings and product demonstrations.
• Build and nurture a network of professional introducers to generate leads.
• Collaborate with UK and Australian teams and the Marketing/Growth department to design customer journeys and boost lead generation.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
• Report activity and pipeline metrics to senior management.
