Business Development Manager (HVAC / Building Services)

About the role

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the HVAC and Building Services market, developing new customer relationships and managing existing accounts. The role offers autonomy to build long‑term client partnerships and to influence the commercial success of a fast‑growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC, M&E and Building Services sectors.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipelines and report on commercial opportunities.
• Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions and industry forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, account management or sales within HVAC, M&E, Building Services or related technical solutions.
• Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of a geographic region.
