Business Development Manager – Interiors & Art Consultancy

About the role
The Business Development Manager will promote innovative art design and consultancy services to the premium hospitality sector. You will work primarily with designers, contractors, hotel operators and brand owners on projects ranging from £10k to over £500k.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business relationships across the high‑end hospitality market.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
- Achieve a first‑year turnover target of £1 million.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team to deliver proposals and specifications.
- Plan and manage territory coverage for London and surrounding areas.
Required profile
- Proven business development experience in interiors or luxury sectors within hospitality.
- Established network of contacts (a "black book") in the industry.
- Design‑led sales background with strong knowledge of art consultancy services.
- Energetic, autonomous and capable of effective territory planning.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £45,000 – £60,000 plus uncapped commission.
- Company car or car allowance.
