Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a confident and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client’s customer base across London. This field‑based role focuses on generating new revenue opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door prospecting, networking and face‑to‑face meetings to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Occasionally attend the office for administrative and reporting tasks.
• Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador in the field.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field‑based sales or business development.
• Highly confident, self‑motivated and comfortable approaching new prospects.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, target‑driven and eager to succeed.
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage your own diary and workload effectively.
