Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will join Sal’s Pizza to drive growth beyond its Virginia Beach flagship. Based in Reading, PA, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying new revenue opportunities, building strategic partnerships and expanding the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor activity and potential customer segments.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and increase sales.
• Manage existing client accounts, nurture relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align initiatives and achieve targets.
• Track performance metrics and report on business development outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and strategy formulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
