Business Development Manager – Luxury Interiors & Property

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading luxury interior design studio in Surrey. The role will focus on generating new business, forging strategic partnerships and elevating the brand within the property and interiors market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the luxury interiors and property sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, developers and industry influencers.
• Represent the studio at networking events, client meetings and industry introductions.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to shape commercial strategy and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and convert them into long‑term contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or relationship‑focused roles.
• Background in luxury interiors, property, estate agency or new‑home developments.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and meet sales objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and commercially minded.
