Main Missions

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new commercial opportunities across the Scottish market.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts through regular site visits and relationship building.
• Convert high-quality leads provided by the head office into successful sales appointments.
• Represent the company professionally at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality sales documentation, proposals, and presentations.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy to meet and exceed commercial targets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in business development or technical sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage a mobile territory effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for high-level client presentations.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to prospecting and account management.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Scotland to meet clients on-site.
