Business Development Manager – Microsoft Training

About the role

Code Nation is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its Microsoft Training portfolio across the UK. You will focus on SME clients, identifying digital skills gaps and delivering tailored Microsoft learning solutions that boost productivity and capability.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and build a robust sales pipeline of SME clients.
• Conduct needs analyses to uncover strategic priorities and digital skills gaps.
• Collaborate with technical leads to translate client requirements into training solutions.
• Develop and present customised proposals covering Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Negotiate and close contracts, achieving quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and act as the client’s trusted advisor.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of training programmes.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within technology or training services.
• Strong commercial acumen and a consultative selling approach.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and address digital skills gaps for SMEs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
