Business Development Manager – SaaS (London)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join a fast‑growing SaaS company in London. You will own the outbound sales process across the UK, building relationships with service‑based organisations and creating a robust pipeline for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage activity KPIs (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns and social selling.
• Generate and qualify high‑quality leads, ensuring they meet sales criteria.
• Expand and maintain prospect databases using CRM platforms and professional networks.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to optimise lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an outbound B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline management.
