About the role

Apica is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand its market presence in the observability software space. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, generating interest and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to spark interest in Apica’s products.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to understand customer needs and convey value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Required profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take on challenges and work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (specific platforms not required).
