Business Development Representative – London & South East (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing international firm that provides market intelligence, networking opportunities and premium data services to leading investment organisations. You will work from home, targeting senior decision‑makers across the alternative investment community, creating qualified sales opportunities for senior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the UK and internationally.
• Re‑engage previous customers and warm prospects.
• Prospect new organisations through intelligent outbound activity.
• Qualify opportunities and understand client requirements.
• Book high‑quality product demonstrations for the Sales Executive team.
• Promote access to a premium global industry database and participation in prestigious international business events.

Required profile

• Approximately 12 months of commercial sales experience (e.g., SDR, BDR, Graduate Sales Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Business Development Executive).
• Confident speaking with senior business professionals.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Curious, commercially minded and professional.
• A desire to build a long‑term career in consultative B2B sales.
