About the role

Reed FE is looking for an enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join its supportive team in Surrey. This part‑time position involves delivering high‑quality teaching to Level 1‑3 BTEC students and helping them develop the knowledge and confidence needed for future careers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons to Business students.
• Support learners in building skills and confidence across Levels 1‑3 BTEC.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in the FE/Adult curriculum and apply best practices.
• Address the specific challenges of further‑education teaching to enhance student engagement and success.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent industrial/professional qualification.
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent.
• In‑depth knowledge of current FE/Adult curriculum developments.
• Understanding of challenges in further‑education teaching and learning.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
