About the role

Zurich Insurance is offering a 27‑month rotational Business Management Graduate Programme starting in September 2027 in Glasgow. The scheme provides permanent employment and a structured learning journey across multiple insurance functions, preparing you for a future leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through areas such as claims, underwriting, risk assessment and operational excellence, gaining hands‑on experience.
• Deliver reports to stakeholders, drive project delivery and potentially manage a small team.
• Develop commercial and technical knowledge while building a strong network across the UK business.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or on track) with a minimum 2:1 degree and at least 96 UCAS points.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Flexibility to relocate across UK offices and work within a hybrid model.
• Full right to work and reside in the UK for at least three consecutive years.
