Business Onboarding Manager – Insurance

About the role

The Business Onboarding Manager will own the operational onboarding and transition of new insurance clients, partners, suppliers, products and services. Working from a central Bristol office, you will coordinate across Operations, Claims, Finance and Compliance to embed new business into day‑to‑day processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation of new business, partners, products and services.
• Coordinate projects across internal teams and external stakeholders, managing timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure operational readiness before go‑live, including processes, controls, training and reporting.
• Manage governance, approvals and due‑diligence requirements.
• Resolve issues and keep implementation activities on track.
• Oversee testing, training and operational hand‑overs.
• Provide clear stakeholder updates and reporting.
• Ensure a smooth transition into business‑as‑usual operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business implementation, project management or business analysis within insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of operational onboarding, governance and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Salary £40,000 – £50,000 DOE per annum.
