Business Operations (BizOps)

About the role

Join Plaid’s BizOps team in London to solve high‑impact business challenges across product, go‑to‑market and partnership functions. You will partner directly with leaders to drive strategic and operational initiatives that have a quantifiable impact on customers, partners and the company’s P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic and operational backbone for Product or GTM teams, identifying high‑leverage opportunities and driving them to execution.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives such as new product launches, go‑to‑market improvements, and revenue acceleration projects.
• Own and evolve operating rhythms including monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Build dashboards, metrics and success measures to give leadership visibility and enable data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 6–11 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or operational roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance).
• Strong analytical and structured‑thinking skills with ability to translate ambiguity into frameworks and decisions.
• High agency, ownership mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross‑functional teams to action.
