Business Process Analyst – Hybrid (£45k-£50k)

About the role

Erin Associates is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join their Leeds office on a hybrid basis. You will work within an agile delivery team, supporting the professional services business through change implementation and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business process requirements from stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
• Design, document and implement new or improved processes that meet business needs.
• Map end‑to‑end customer journeys and create user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with the Digital/IT team and third‑party suppliers to deliver change initiatives.
• Support project delivery using Agile and Scrum practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business process reengineering and simplification.
• Strong background as a business or process analyst with a track record of delivering change.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and third‑party relationship management.
• Project management capability within Agile environments.
