Business Process Lead – 12‑month secondment

About the role

As the Business Process Lead on a 12‑month secondment, you will partner with the Global Business Process Lead to drive process standardisation, system deployment and continuous improvement across EMEA commercial operations. You will act as the regional subject‑matter expert, guiding projects from design through post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Champion adoption of global business processes, standards and best practices across EMEA.
• Ensure regional compliance with global process design and governance requirements.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Lead business process activities for OneVision and other transformation programmes throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design, testing, training, data readiness, deployment and change‑management activities.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical teams, communicating progress, risks and decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date policies, procedures, work instructions, process maps and supporting documentation.
• Lead, develop and coach the EMEA Business Process Analyst team, managing workload and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business process leadership, governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regional and global teams.
• Experience managing and developing a team of analysts.
