Business Sales Consultant (B2B) – Graduate Sales Role

About the role

Join a leading provider of knowledge and content for the Accountancy, Compliance, HR and Health & Safety sectors as a Business Sales Consultant. You will work onsite in Glasgow, making outbound calls to business owners, introducing our services and creating opportunities for the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule sales opportunities with senior professionals to promote services.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create quarterly sales plans.
• Generate new leads, appointments and referrals through daily prospecting.
• Build, manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or individual with a strong appetite for sales success.
• Pro‑active, self‑motivated and able to take responsibility for personal targets.
• Outgoing personality with strong organisational abilities.
• Professional, intelligent approach with good business acumen.

• Competitive salary of £27,000 per year plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
