Business Sales Manager – Key Accounts (Foodservice)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager to lead and expand key distributor relationships and national accounts across the South of England. You will work with major partners such as Bidfood and Alliance, driving adoption of sustainable foodservice packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑spend distributor accounts, representing 60% of your focus.
• Generate new business with end‑users, accounting for the remaining 40%.
• Build strong relationships with distributor sales teams to promote product uptake.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing partners and new client segments.
• Support the launch of innovative, eco‑friendly product ranges.
• Report on account performance and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑value accounts in hospitality or foodservice.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
• Interest or exposure to sustainable products and eco‑innovation.
• Ability to develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and reporting capabilities.
