Business Transformation Analyst

About the role

We're seeking a proactive Business Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of high‑profile strategic change initiatives across a global manufacturing group. Combining data analysis, reporting and insight generation with project coordination, communications and stakeholder engagement, you will play a key role in driving successful business transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of business transformation programmes.
• Produce high‑quality reports, analysis, presentations and stakeholder communications.
• Manage survey activity from deployment through to analysis and reporting.
• Deliver data‑driven insights and KPI tracking to support decision‑making.
• Support change management, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop guidance materials, toolkits and supporting resources.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Provide analytical, reporting and project support across a variety of strategic business initiatives.
• Manage and deliver 20 % of HR initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating technology projects in a global/industrial manufacturing environment.
• Excellent data analytics and Excel experience.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Able to manage and deliver fragmented projects across core business units.
• Proven experience in analysis and reporting.
• Stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Eye for detail.
