About the role
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Buying Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Buying team. You will help manage samples, maintain the critical path, and ensure deadlines are met, contributing to fast‑track product delivery and trend‑setting collections.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the critical path and hold weekly meetings with Buying & Merch teams.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely product delivery.
- Prepare samples for fit sessions and organise hand‑over for studio shoots.
- Raise and amend purchase orders (POs) and SKUs.
- Assist Buyers and update order packs before they are raised.
- Contribute knowledge of department performance during trade meetings.
Required profile
- Immediate availability preferred, but notice periods will be considered.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with curiosity to improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
