Cabin Crew – London Stansted Airport

About the role

Join Europe’s largest airline group as a Cabin Crew member based at London Stansted Airport. You will be part of a 16,000‑strong team delivering safe, friendly and efficient service to hundreds of thousands of passengers each day.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew throughout each flight.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, including assistance with boarding, cabin comfort and in‑flight enquiries.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and enforce compliance with airline regulations.
• Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to maintain smooth flight operations.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Height between 5 ft 2 in (157 cm) and 6 ft 2 in (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 m unaided and assist another person if needed.
• Fluent spoken and written English, able to pass the mandatory English assessment.
• Flexible, outgoing personality with a strong customer‑oriented attitude.
