Cabin Crew – Manchester

About the role

Join Ryanair’s fast‑growing cabin crew team based in Manchester. You will attend a free, internationally recognised training course and, once qualified, operate on a 5‑days‑on/3‑days‑off roster serving over 600,000 passengers daily across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and aircraft during all phases of flight.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, including safety briefings and assistance.
• Handle in‑flight sales, cabin cleaning, and any passenger issues promptly.
• Work flexible early‑morning and late‑evening shifts in accordance with the roster.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Ability to swim 25 m unaided and assist another person.
• Strong English language skills – must pass an English proficiency assessment.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern.
