Cable Assembler – PCB Assembly – Waterlooville

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to join a growing electronics manufacturer in Waterlooville. You will work in a clean, modern production environment assembling high‑reliability PCB and cable assemblies for demanding customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble PCB and cable modules according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and identify defects such as soldering faults or wiring errors.
• Use microscopes, hand tools and measuring equipment to verify assembly quality.
• Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings and bills of materials.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety.

Required profile

• Previous experience assembling PCB or cable assemblies in an electronics manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and bills of materials.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Positive attitude and effective team‑working skills.
