Cable Assembler – Permanent Role in Poole

About the role

We are seeking a permanent Cable Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Poole. The successful candidate will work on a variety of cable preparation tasks, ensuring high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Strip and prepare cables according to specifications.
• Perform cable prepping and crimping operations.
• Carry out basic soldering to complete assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months hands‑on experience in cable stripping, prepping, crimping or basic soldering.
• Reliability and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to work the set shift pattern.
