About the role
We are seeking a permanent Cable Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Poole. The successful candidate will work on a variety of cable preparation tasks, ensuring high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Strip and prepare cables according to specifications.
- Perform cable prepping and crimping operations.
- Carry out basic soldering to complete assemblies.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months hands‑on experience in cable stripping, prepping, crimping or basic soldering.
- Reliability and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
- Willingness to work the set shift pattern.
