About the role
We are looking for a permanent Cable Solderer and Wiring Assembler to join our team in Poole. The role involves preparing and assembling cable looms, adding terminals and performing basic soldering on a variety of cable and PCB projects.
Key responsibilities
- Strip and prep cables for assembly.
- Crimp connectors and assemble wiring looms.
- Install terminals on cable ends.
- Perform basic soldering on cables and PCBs.
- Support prototype wiring projects as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in cable or PCB soldering, or 2 years in prototype wiring.
- Ability to work Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑16:30 and Friday until 13:30.
- Commitment to a 12‑week probation period leading to permanent employment.
