CAD/Revit Manager

About the role

Join a leading building services and engineering consultancy based in Stockport, delivering full‑scope mechanical, electrical and sustainable design. As the CAD/Revit Manager you will be the digital champion, steering BIM and Revit standards across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of Revit and BIM standards.
• Coordinate model integration across disciplines and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 BIM protocols.
• Perform quality assurance on BIM models and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Train, mentor and support engineers and technicians in BIM best practices.
• Act as the primary digital liaison between project teams, directors and clients.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in building services, consultancy or architectural design environments.
• Proven track record of leading BIM initiatives, not just using the tools.
• Ability to define and enforce standards while fostering team adoption.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (MEP or multidisciplinary).
• Strong BIM expertise, including model coordination and CDE management.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD and related design software.
