Call Centre Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Call Centre Sales Advisor to join a fast‑growing storage company in Sunbury. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, match customers with suitable storage solutions and drive sales through upselling and commission‑based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to generate new sales.
• Match customers with appropriate storage products and upsell additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Process bookings, secure deposits and follow up via phone and email.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise commission earnings.
• Provide support to nearby sites when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a call‑centre or sales environment.
• Confident communicator with a proven ability to close deals.
• Target‑driven, resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
