Campaign Manager – Paid Media (iGaming)

About the role
We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Campaign Manager to lead paid‑media initiatives for our iGaming clients. You will craft and optimise campaigns across Telegram, Meta, and Google Ads to drive first‑time deposits, improve retention, and maximise lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid‑media strategies tailored to iGaming acquisition and retention.
- Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations on Telegram, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.
- Analyse performance data to uncover growth opportunities and optimise spend.
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to launch high‑impact, compliant campaigns.
- Report on key metrics such as FTD, CPA, and LTV.
- Build strong client relationships and act as their performance partner.
Required profile
- 2+ years of paid‑media experience, preferably in iGaming or performance marketing.
- Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Telegram marketing.
- Data‑savvy with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
- Familiarity with iGaming compliance and advertising regulations is a plus.
