Campaign Marketing Manager - B2B Events

About the role

A leading global events business is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to drive visitor acquisition across a portfolio of major international events that attract tens of thousands of visitors and generate millions in revenue. The role sits within a large-scale events business and is based in Putney, London, with hybrid working (three days in the office).

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that increase registrations, audience engagement and attendance.
• Coordinate activity across email, digital, social media and paid channels, tailoring messaging to different audiences and markets.
• Manage campaign plans, budgets and deadlines against agreed targets, and work with internal stakeholders and external partners from planning through to event day.
• Track performance against registration, attendance and commercial targets, optimise channel performance and spend, and report on conversion rates and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial and event teams, and coordinate internal teams and external agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event marketing, ideally for events attracting tens of thousands of visitors.
• Direct responsibility for visitor acquisition campaigns, with a track record of driving registrations, attendance, ticket sales or audience growth.
• Experience marketing commercially significant events, ideally those generating £6m+ in revenue.
• Strong integrated campaign marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Confidence using marketing data and analytics, strong project management and excellent communication skills.
• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it may be required depending on access to sensitive information.

• Salary of £55,000-£65,000 plus a 10% bonus.
