Campaign Marketing Manager

About the role

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a global life‑sciences organisation for a Campaign Marketing Manager. The role is fully remote (UK‑based) and initially for a six‑month temporary contract. You will lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple European markets, working closely with sales, product management and global marketing teams to drive demand and measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Europe.
• Adapt global marketing programmes to meet local market requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Marketing Operations to align messaging.
• Create campaign content for digital and traditional channels, including email, webinars, events, paid media and social media.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and provide ROI insights.
• Track marketing pipeline contribution and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in campaign marketing, demand generation or B2B marketing.
• Proven track record delivering integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing skills.
• Experience working closely with commercial and sales teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
