Car Sales Executive – Customer-Focused Role

About the role

Sytner Select Bristol is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join its multi‑brand dealership in Patchway. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire car‑buying journey and ensuring a first‑class experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them throughout the car purchasing process.
• Deliver a high level of service on flexible working patterns, including weekends, to meet dealership standards.
• Act as the main liaison between the customer and the dealership, ensuring accurate information and timely follow‑up.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the showroom.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service or retail sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
