Car Sales Executive – High‑Earning Dealership Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a busy, high‑performing dealership in Canterbury. You will represent a popular automotive brand, driving vehicle sales and associated finance and warranty products while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Promote and sell finance packages, warranties, and ancillary products.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless dealership experience.

Required profile

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main car dealership.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the motor industry and a positive, proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Ability to present and close vehicle sales.
• Competence in selling finance, warranty and ancillary products.
