Join the Wards of Kent team as a Sales Advisor in Canterbury, helping customers find their perfect home while enjoying a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Start each day with a team coffee and quick huddle to set a positive tone.
• Connect with customers, suggest extra services, and ensure a great experience.
• Make high‑volume calls, build relationships and turn conversations into sales.
• Organise and host property viewings and open days.
• Negotiate offers, secure agreements and hand over keys to happy new homeowners.
