About the role
Join Gold Care Homes at The New Deanery in Braintree as a Day Shift Care Assistant, providing compassionate, person‑centred support to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care such as washing and dressing.
- Support meals by helping with eating and drinking.
- Complete daily care plans and documentation.
- Help residents with mobility and movement.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; must share the home’s values of compassion and responsiveness.
- Commit to creating a warm, safe, and friendly environment for residents and staff.
- Willingness to engage in training and self‑development.
