Careers Information and Support Officer

About the role

London College of Contemporary Arts (part of the Global University Systems network) is looking for proactive, professional Careers Information and Support Officers to become the face of its Careers Studio. The role is based in Tower Hill, London, and is the first point of contact for students, providing front-line support, triaging enquiries and keeping the studio running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the studio spaces, keeping them welcoming, organised and fully operational.
• Welcome students, triage their enquiries and signpost them to the right careers information and resources.
• Support the wider careers team by preparing promotional materials, updating digital displays, coordinating room setups and assisting with event logistics.
• Provide front-line coverage so Careers Consultants can focus on one-to-one appointments, workshops and employer events.
• Maintain a professional, inclusive and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
• Monitor and replenish careers resources, guides and promotional materials.
• Keep digital displays and noticeboards current, relevant and engaging.
• Deliver administrative, logistical and communications support across both campuses.
