An opportunity has arisen for a Casual In‑Room Dining Waiter/Ess to join the In‑Room Dining team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a luxury 5‑star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and process guest in‑room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high‑quality food and beverage items.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, addressing preferences and special requests to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of orders.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the room service menu and assist guests in their selections.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms.
• Support the team during peak hours and adapt to dynamic in‑room dining demands.
• Demonstrate understanding of health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in in‑room dining or food and beverage within a luxury 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills with professional and courteous guest interaction.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail in order accuracy, presentation and dietary requirements.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate across departments.
