Casual Sales Assistant

About the role

As a Casual Sales Assistant you will be the front‑line representative of Sports Direct, delivering a high‑energy, customer‑focused experience on every shift. You will support shoppers on the shop floor, maintain store standards and help drive sales while developing valuable retail skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with every customer to provide outstanding service and tailored product recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets.
• Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment, organisation and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with deliveries, stock processing and ensure pricing is accurate and up to date.
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy.

• Confident, friendly and a strong communicator.
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
