Casual Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Sports Direct as a Casual Sales Assistant and help deliver a high‑energy, customer‑focused experience on every shift. You will work on the shop floor, support customers, maintain store standards and develop valuable retail skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with every customer, using product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations and achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment, organisation and visual merchandising in line with the Sports Direct brand.
• Assist with deliveries, stock processing, pricing updates and inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for retail.
• Confident, friendly and strong communicator.
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Driven to achieve goals and represent the Sports Direct brand proudly.
