About the role
We are seeking a Casualty & Liability Claims Technician to work remotely across the UK. In this full‑time position you will investigate and settle employer and public liability claims, ensuring compliance with client standards and delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate liability claims for Employers and Public Liability (injury and TPPD).
- Assess legal and policy liability and calculate claim quantum.
- Gather and analyse evidence to support recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to clients.
- Settle claims where appropriate, adhering to client service standards.
- Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Technical knowledge and experience in casualty or liability claims handling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
