Catastrophic Injury Solicitor – London

About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading catastrophic injury teams as a Solicitor in London. You will work on high‑value defendant personal injury claims for major insurer clients, handling complex multi‑track matters from employers’ liability to road traffic accidents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of multi‑track personal injury claims valued between £150,000 and over £20 million.
• Advise insurer and corporate clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy.
• Prepare cases for trial, draft pleadings and witness statements, and instruct experts and counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and support senior counsel on high‑profile litigation.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitors up to 3 years PQE with experience in defendant personal injury litigation.
• Background in employers’ liability, public liability or motor claims is highly desirable.
• Strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for high‑value litigation.
