Centre Manager – Technical

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Manager – Technical to lead our Catford Autocentre. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer journey, driving business performance and ensuring compliance across health, safety and automotive standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians and advisors.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Manage KPI’s, sales turnover and on‑site performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and automotive standards.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory and financial performance of the centre.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in the automotive or a similar industry.
• Track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
• Coaching‑oriented approach with the ability to deliver on‑the‑spot training.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid UK driving licence.
