CEO – Global Operations

About the role

The Group is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its overseas business, based in Manchester with a strategic presence in Hong Kong. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will shape regional growth, safeguard compliance, and drive the company toward its IPO and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute medium‑ and long‑term regional development strategies aligned with the Group’s global vision, while maintaining full P&L responsibility.
• Build and scale a local management team covering HR, legal, procurement, branding, PR, and field marketing, establishing governance and performance frameworks.
• Oversee business compliance, risk management, and liaison with UK and international regulators to mitigate legal, tax, and policy risks.
• Lead brand development, public relations, and integrated marketing communications, ensuring premium brand reputation and crisis management.
• Coordinate cross‑border collaboration with the Group’s supply‑chain centre, optimizing procurement, logistics, and cost control.
• Represent the Group at senior‑level with government bodies, industry associations, and key partners, driving major negotiations and synergies.
• Guide pre‑IPO governance, financial standardisation, and operational compliance to support capital‑market milestones.
• Direct corporate M&A activities, from target screening to post‑integration, delivering scalable growth and value appreciation.

Required profile

• Native English speaker with strong Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of C‑level or senior VP experience in FMCG or consumer electronics, overseeing full subsidiary operations.
• Deep knowledge of UK and international commercial law, industry policies, and channel ecosystems.
