Change Delivery Manager

About the role

The Change Delivery Manager will lead transformational change initiatives within Barclays' Group Economic Crime division, ensuring strategic improvements are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern a portfolio of change projects, aligning them with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
• Provide portfolio oversight, managing strategic dependencies, risks and delivery performance.
• Establish and maintain effective governance, controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Influence senior stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure accountability for value realisation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of AML products, services and processes.
• Proven experience in strategic portfolio management and investment prioritisation.
• Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience with lean governance and outcome‑based delivery leadership.

Required skills

• AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) domain knowledge.
• Portfolio governance, risk and dependency management.
• Financial and capacity planning across complex delivery landscapes.
