Change Lead

About the role

As a Change Lead you will shape and deliver Greene King’s enterprise change agenda, ensuring that transformation is planned, governed and embedded across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Enterprise PMO, Strategy and leadership teams to assess change impacts and support portfolio prioritisation.
• Embed Greene King’s Enterprise Change Framework, applying change management principles consistently.
• Provide oversight, assurance and challenge across change activity to ensure proper governance and interventions.
• Influence senior stakeholders to keep people, operational readiness and adoption central to decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of Change Managers, aligning resources with business priorities.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading organisational change in complex, multi‑project environments.
• Proven success embedding change frameworks and driving adoption in large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong experience assessing organisational change capacity and managing cumulative impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, confident in challenging senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change teams, deliver effective communications and realise sustainable benefits.
